Beyond this up-to date range of technology and where appropriate, we are open to discussion with our clients about the more traditional techniques of marketing property, including bespoke press advertising in various publications, for sale boards and ‘open house’ viewing appointments. We always urge our clients to allow us to conduct our accompanied viewing service on their behalf. We find this to be highly successful in converting viewings to offers and this also allows us to receive immediate feedback from viewers, which we will relay to you shortly after.
