I was recommended JI from a friend to sell my house, due to great local knowledge of the area my house was in. Steve was brilliant from the start, having lived in the area for most of his life, he knew how to value my house correctly. I had other non local estate agents in originally, however they had undervalued my property, possibly hoping for a quick sale and a quick fee. After one day of viewings my house sold at the right price, but more importantly to the right buyer. Since the initial accepted offer, everything went smoothly and there wasn't any snags down the line. Added to that the agent fees were very reasonable compared to other agents in the area. If you want to sell your house at the right price, right buyer, unrushed, understandable process, have a smooth personal process tailored to you and good agent fees, then I can only recommend to use Steve and JI.
